It’s nearly here!

The 2021 Vascular Annual Meeting (VAM) starts in just two days, and the excitement is building. Remember that Wednesday is the new Thursday.

The Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS) can’t wait to welcome all attendees to San Diego, particularly after COVID caused cancellation of our 2020 meeting in Toronto, Canada.

Attendees are looking forward to the chance to meet and mingle with friends and colleagues, learn the latest science and find new ways to manage their practices.

In a significant scheduling change and to avoid overlapping sessions, several events that typically took place on Thursday in the past are taking place Wednesday this year. Be sure to mark your schedules for:

  • The Opening Ceremony, which will feature remarks from two past presidents (Kim Hodgson, MD, and Ronald L. Dalman, MD) and the world premiere of the video kicking off the SVS’ 75th SDCC, Room 6AB
  • The William J. von Liebig Forum, SDCC, Room 6AB
  • The E. Stanley Crawford Critical Issues Forum, SDCC, Room 6AB
