Attendees of this year’s virtual SVS Coding and Reimbursement Workshop—Sept. 24 and 25, with an optional E/M workshop on Sept. 24—will learn all they need to know about how to navigate proper coding for vascular surgery, including not only changes but also how to code to maximize reimbursement.
And who wants to leave money on the table, particularly with upcoming changes in the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) that will reduce reimbursement for vascular surgery services by an estimated 7%?
“This course is members’ opportunity to hear about accurate coding and the kind of coding that will optimize their revenue,” said Teri Romano, BSN, one of the course faculty members.
The main workshop (all times Central Daylight Time) will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2:30 to 6:45 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 25, and from 10 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26. The optional workshop will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24.
Costs are $620 for SVS members, $670 for non-members and $175 for trainees. Fees for the optional workshop are $70, $85 and $35, respectively.
