Annual Business Meeting—for members only

1215

Attend Saturday’s Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS) Annual Business Meeting to participate in important Society business. This is SVS’ second Annual Business Meeting for 2021; the first was a virtual meeting held in June.

That meeting included the transition of the SVS presidency to Ali AbuRahma, MD, the announcement of Joseph Mills, MD, as SVS vice president and other business.

This second Annual Business Meeting includes the Member Business Luncheon and is from 12 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the San Diego Convention Center, Room 6DE. The agenda includes reports from Immediate Past President Ronald L. Dalman, MD; officers; committee chairs; and SVS Foundation Chair Peter Lawrence, MD; plus distribution of awards for outstanding achievements.

Though AbuRahma officially ascended to the SVS presidency in June, members will witness the traditional passing of the gavel to him from Dalman.

A number of people will receive awards or be recognized during the luncheon.
